Aleesha has been able to make herself the top female bodybuilder professional during the second part of the year. Aleesha was part of an extended family of athletes. Her father was a bodybuilding competitor and her brothers played sports like ice hockey. Aleesha was a sports fan before including basketball, soccer, and softball. Aleesha received her pro card in 2014 following her win at the NPC USA Championships. Her first competition was in 2008. In 2014 she also competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro which she placed 9th. She held on to a 9th-place finish in 2015. Aleesha placed 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in the year 2015 and 2016. Aleesha has steadily progressed and, in 2019, she brought home her first ever pro title, at the Chicago Pro Championships. The best WOS performance came in 2020. She finished in fourth place. But the "World's strongest mom" was forced to stop her training due to health issues.
